“失憶機器” Lost Memory Machine 是在北京的David和在武漢的Shii通過遠程協作完成的lo-fi pop Project。David在自己的樂隊 The Nocturnes曳取 2018巡演的武漢站認識了去看演出的Shii。在演出結束后，兩人聊天發現各自的音樂理念相似并且有許多共同喜歡的樂隊，于是開始互傳工程文件相互學習借鑒。恰好David有許多空閑時寫的沒有完成的吉他段子，兩人決定合作一個偏向lo－fi的side project，Shii就著David給的音頻開始寫人聲和合成器部分。歷經半年，失憶機器的*張專輯也即將成形。 “失憶機器” Lost Memory Machine is the collaborative lo-fi pop project of David and Shii. They met in early 2018 when David, who lives in Beijing, was touring in Wuhan with his other band, Nocturnes曳取. They quickly discovered they were interested in many of the same bands and had a similar approach to making music. David was working on some instrumental tracks at the time and started sending them to Shii online. They collaborated back and forth for several months, with Shii adding vocals and synthesiser parts to David’s tracks. Around half a year later, their first album began to take shape.
