Thierry Maillard 以其令人艷羨的創作才華令我們目眩神迷，沒有什么能夠阻擋他的靈感迸發。

這張新專輯的視角獨特又唯美，一部分靈感來自作曲家熟悉的法國巴黎眾多充滿藝術氣息的街道。特別需要介紹的是與香榭麗舍大街交匯于凱旋門的瓦格拉姆大街，這里的 75 號附是作曲家 Maillard 的好友開設的一間鋼琴樂器行，在這里總能找到志同道合的樂界好友交流碰撞不同的樂思，儼然是音樂人們最愛的聚會場所。

另一部分靈感則來自音樂家在中國旅行時收獲的種種感悟，音樂語匯豐富而敏感，借鑒了中國音樂的五聲音階，充滿著對異國他鄉平行時空的想象力，相信中國的聽眾將被深深吸引。

Thierry Maillard also wanted the sound of the acoustic piano, while incorporating the use of analog synthesizers.

Thierry Maillard是法國爵士鋼琴家、作曲家與編曲家，以其多才多藝和多元化風格而聞名。

Thierry Maillard以其出色的作品合作過 Biréli Lagrène、Chris Minh Doky、Bobby Shew、Michel Portal、Bernard Lubat、Didier Lockwood、Dominique Di Piazza、Matthew Garrison 等偉大的爵士音樂家。

自 1998 年他的首張專輯 “Paris / New York” 在紐約的 Verve Emarcy 唱片公司錄制以來，其旺盛的創作激情持續至今已完成了 16 張專輯。

作品涵蓋了獨奏鋼琴與大型管弦樂隊的合作，展現了他非凡的音樂才華與深厚造詣。

Yoann Schmidt 6 歲開始習鼓，10 歲進入法國北部的瓦朗謝訥音樂學院學習古典打擊樂，并獲得了諸多獎項。

完成學業后，他便定居巴黎。這一決定使他得以結識并合作眾多來自法國及國際爵士樂和綜藝界的頂尖藝術家，其中包括 Biréli Lagrène、Sylvain Luc、ZAP MAMA、ZAZ、Hadrien Feraud、Franck Gambale、Dominique Di Piazza、Antonio Farao 以及 Thierry Maillard 等人。

Yoann Schmidt began playing drums at the age of 6. He entered the Conservatory of Valenciennes in the north of France at the age of 10, where he studied classical percussion and obtained his prize.

After completing his studies, he decided to settle in Paris. This move allowed him to meet and collaborate with numerous artists from both the French and international jazz and variety scenes, including Biréli Lagrène, Sylvain Luc, ZAP MAMA, ZAZ, Hadrien Feraud, Franck Gambale, Dominique Di Piazza, Antonio Farao, and Thierry Maillard, among others.
